My New Project!

I wanted to let everyone know about my latest project, The MOD Kitchen! As many of you know, I am a chef as well as a healer but have not been a working chef for many years. My love of food has been reignited with my organic rebirth and I am now writing a healing and food blog! I am also in the process of starting an organic catering company in Sw Michigan.
